One of a kind couture headwear and accessories, artisan hand-crafted at the Kali4Kouture Design Studios in Los Angeles. 

Natural Black Iridescent-Rooster Coque tail feathers adorn a felt-lined top hat.  Each feather stands approximately 13-16 inches in height.  Rooster coque tail feathers have a flexible quill, and the body of the feather tends to be approximately 3/4-1 inch wide.
